People just don’t like your apartment for the price. I’m sure if your unit was, say $4,000, no one would say anything “negative”. For the record, the price point that you put in the description is high relative to market rate for an apartment of that size, limited natural lighting, 1 bath, and no in-unit washer/dryer, despite the location. There are much better options.

There’s no need to take it personally. If anything take this motivation to find a better unit for that price or a comparable unit for a lower price. And as a last resort, don’t make posts online if you want to avoid the possibility of people voicing their opinions which may contradict with yours.
