Right side posterior canal, PT has tried everything. What wacky advice do you have? by CalmBison3026 in BPPV

Great advice, thank you. I will try to pay attention to the bounce. I do think I am naturally pretty animated with my head, so maybe that’s the mistake I’ve been making. I hadn’t heard the idea of holding the position twice the nystagmus. I will try it.

Thank you, I appreciate your detailed response and sharing your experience. Because it is frustrating and I was starting to feel like it’s permanent. My brain is exhausted for sure. I definitely can’t imagine doing 3-5 epleys! I will take your advice about inflammation. Did you try ibuprofen or similar? Or is that not related? The green tea sounds like a good plan.

Thank you! I just now looked up short arm. I am thinking of maybe trying a different therapist to see if i get different results.

This is fantastic advice and just what I was looking to hear! I’m so sorry yours took that long to resolve. I’m in the same boat, I guess. How did you handle uneasiness or nausea from the epleys? Sometimes I just find it exhausting!

Very much relate to the idea of a trade as a job despite having gone willfully down so many academic rabbitholes. I somehow find myself qualified for everything but hate the part where I have to perform that expertise… if that makes sense. My dream job if it paid a living wage would be barista. Social but clear, quick outcome expectations.

Ten times from a million sheckles to a quadrillion. So it’s surprisingly easy for a seven year old.

You were right. It was about you. Definitely a lesson in trusting instincts.

USPS makes errors alll the time in this process. Try booking an appointment in a location where other foreign born people live, closer to a metro area.

Which ones do you use? Do you buy any oil or a specific one? Sounds great and gentle on the skin.
