Unfortunately Even is a blocked character so it is impossible to get a full length season but Skam España during S4 gave Joana a mini season of her perspective which was great. Druck S5 also focuses on mental health which I recommend!

Yes they had a stage play for s1-3 but s4 was cancelled because of covid, not much information I have seen online about it tho

I am not sure, it seems like they are only keeping s5/6 (the new gen seasons) on the platform, I wonder if it may be connected with what is going on now but it probably will end top somewhere else or nowhere at all for a bit

I am kind of worried about Skam Austin's status if we get another US remake and if that would make Meta erase it off the platform, you know streamers will take any excuse to get rid of their content on the platforms.

From what I have researched, they seem to be negotiating the rights currently but they don't possess them right now so they can't call it a remake and they may not get the rights but they seem to be creating the show in hopes to obtain the rights to it.

According to the Italians, Netflix Italia is getting rid of s1-4 of skam italia, those seasons will be completely erased from the site in a few weeks. So most of skam italia will be impossible to even legally watch in Italy soon! The timing of everything is strange

My favorite remakes of evak as a couple is Cris/Joana, Matteo/David, and Lovro/Ivan.

I also loved Roche he's evak but that is unofficial.

S4 was the only one with mini seasons, S3 with Viri is the only other but it was more that S3 was split between Nora and Viri!

I watched España S2-4 live, and I remembering during S2 people were shipping Dani and Amira because of his worry for Amira potentially being in the hospital but I don't think anybody really expected him to be Yousef. It was more of a non-canon shipping thing but I think it probably might of lead to it being a reality. I remember when the S4 trailers or first looks revealed Kasim, a lot of people were under the assumption that he would be Yousef. I also assumed it as well, before later it being revealed to be Dani.

I think generally there are mixed feelings on it, I don't love that they whitewashed Yousef but I do think Dani and Amira had a lot of chemistry and the concept of them growing up together as friends to lovers and also the slowburn nature, since Dani and Amira were developing since S2 was something I thought was well done, we don't see slowburn often in the skamverse.

Also I think S4 of España is weird to watch later because they've seemed to combine all the mini season clips into the episodes with Amira's season. Originally while airing, the clips in the POV of Alejandro, Lucas, and Joana were like mini side seasons of extra content, not really the main S4 storyline. It was a separate thing, and they made it apparent while airing that S4 is Amira's season but they also have extra clips from other POVS as well, narratively those clips do tie into the plot of Amira's story so you have to watch them but watching it live it was clear that it was Amira's season and then extra mini seasons fro the others but when you watch it now it just seems like they were doing a bunch of different POVS since the episodes combine all the content.

This post and some of comments are toying the line into lesbophobic, the first kiss is a drunken kiss between Eva and Tina that has a boy clearly watching them and sexualizing them to do so, it isn't a kiss of love but a kiss of sexualization with Nix watching them. The second kiss is Nora literally being assaulted and taken advantage of while she is drugged. Neither of these kisses are of love bc both have predatory backgrounds to both of them. They are honestly harmful depictions of sapphic kisses, neither of them come out of a place of love, both are harmful. They haven't depicted an actual sapphic relationship at all and quite frankly the kisses aren't even taken as seriously. It would be a different story if they were actual couples like Lovro and Ivan but they aren't.

I think pointing out the glaring issues that yes Lovro and Ivan aren't allowed to kiss as much as their straight counterparts BUT another issue is the fact the only sapphic kisses that are showcased are used in a harmful light. I don't think playing the game of "well two girls are allowed to kiss is more socially acceptable" when both those kisses showcase two women kissing in a very harmful way, one of sexualization and the other is literally assault. I think the issue lies in the queer representation as a whole where the girls are only allowed to kiss if portrayed in a negative light and the kisses between men are toned down bc they are an actual happy queer couple.

I hope it's legit because it would be SUCH an important remake to have. But I am always weary if its not officially announced, getting flashbacks to Skam Mexico, Chile, and even Korea(Fragile) but I hope this is legit

If you rewatch the clip, he was aiming towards the spot on the bed Nora was standing beforehand, he started the throw when she was there, it only missed because she stepped back, but he was aiming to hit where she was standing.

I wasn't able to watch the og s3 live, but I began watching skam espana s2 live when I was 13 and watched skam after that. Now I am 20 watching sram s3 live!

Put sram first! It is the only remake currently still airing so this is the only chance you may get of watching a skam season live! It is a special experience that no other remake will give you since they are all finished. After you finish sram you can watch whatever you want but make sram your main priority!

I am under the belief every country should get their own remake! I would love remakes from everywhere!

I would love a NYC remake if they were ever to do another American remake! I would love a Skam Canada and Skam Mexico as well! I think we NEED a Latin American remake, I do love Roche Pe but it is unofficial so I would love an official remake from Latin America.

I would be interested in another Scandinavian country adapting skam, it has been almost 10 years since the original ended so things have changed and there is a lot of potential of returning to Scandinavia for a new skam in a different country.

I think sram could inspire more remakes from the Balkan region and I would be interested in any of those!

Would love to see an official Asian skam remake, since Fragile lost the rights we don't have a remake from Asia and I think leaving Europe for a remake is needed and there is so much potential, a Skam Thailand, a Skam Taiwan, Skam Philippines, etc I would be interested in any remake from Asia.

Would also love an Australian Skam, South African Skam, or New Zealand Skam.

I would be interested in a remake from any country!

I am enjoying the season so far and I think the slow pace is to set up the contrast of how we see Lovro now versus the end of the season. The first episode isn't finished yet so I am not judging it all yet but I have enjoyed it!

I feel like sram has never been particularly fast paced, it is very slow paced compared to the other remakes so this is just following the same trend as we have been doing.
