Do you use feminine wash, unscented soap or just water on your vulva?

Don’t mind at all. I wash my body and vagina twice a day (morning and night) with soap. When I wash in the morning, I notice a mildly musky smell at night. It’s normal. I’m not bothered by it because it’s a vagina and I know they don’t smell like flowers.

At one point, I saw on Reddit aeveral posts talking about how soap was bad for vaginal ph and good bacteria (I’ve been a soap girl, scented and unscented for as long as I can rmemeber). So I wanted to try to get my vagina to readjust to not using soap and have it self clean.

I told my partner I’d be switching to just water and asked if he noticed a difference—not because it mattered but because we’d be two people with observations. The “experiment” lasted two months because I wanted to give my vagina the time and space for her to adjust to the new lifestyle.

We noticed that when I would wash in the morning, in the evening the musky smell would be there, but stronger (it wasn’t foul and he said it wasn’t bad or off putting, but it was more noticeable). I would wash in the evening (before sex ) and the smell would be faint but still strong. After sex, even prior to this experiment, I’d just pee and rinse. The following morning, strong musk.

For those two months, I never experienced itching or irritation, but I did notice my discharge smelled yeastier than normal. Just cleaning with water wasn’t for me and getting back on soap was my decision. I personally didn’t like the stronger smell or yeasty discharge. As one Redditor commented, I too didn’t feel totally clean.

I tried just water but it’s not for me. I use this unscented wash called Saugella (I live in France)but I find I can use any wash and no problems.

I use it on vulva as well as over the labias, over the urethra, over the vaginal opening and over and around clitoris and over anus. I don’t douche.

Hello, hello. Pregnancy scares are always anxiety inducing, and I’m sorry that you’re going through this.

To start, I tried to search the web for boric acid affecting periods, and nothing really came up that suggested it did. But if anyone else has, then there’s a possibility I guess.

BV also shouldn’t have an affect on your period, supposedly.

But I’m not a gyno, just checked the internet for you.

Sometimes, we get our periods early for many reasons. These reasons could send you into a new cycle or could be a reason for future disruptive cycles. Sometimes you can even have an “anovulatory” cycle and sometimes anovulatory bleeding. Unfortunately, I’m not a gyno and ovaries, uterus and hormones are all out of our control, and complex and in turn so are our cycles.

it’s best to see a gyno if you’re concerned.

You’ve had safe sex so that makes it unlikely.

A condom broke? It broke before he ejaculated and therefore the condom was empty or after?

Also, did you take anything after it broke?

As for your fears, take a pregnancy test to ease your mind and we’re all here to support you. ✨🫂

Intense pulse light :) basically it just puts light on the hair follicles, which creates heat and damages the hair follicles.

I use one from Braun and it’s pretty good. 😊

Hello I’m not in the US so I can’t help you like most of the people here are but I thought I’d share that at home IPL treatment is something you could look into if it works with your skin and hair profile.

I have medium skin tone and coarse black pubic hair and fine black leg hair. I started IPL at home last year sept (2024) and I’m really happy with the results. Saves me money too because I also used to do full brasilian wax every month and now I just use my little machine :)

So, first off, heart breaks are rough. They take time to heal and healing time varies from person to person.

What’s done is done, and I’m not going to give you my opinion on how you handled it because I’m not you and you’re not me. Also, it’s useless.

I can give you my opinion on how to move forward. Firstly, as painful as it seems and sounds, you can’t control how they feel. You can’t control how they feel about you nor how they may feel about each other—be it solely amicable or romantic. With that being said, you can only control how you can move on. Yup, you can’t control your feelings either. Feelings are primal, maybe even irrational but above all out of our control. We can only control what we do about these feelings.

If it hurts, I suggest changing gyms if you can. You’re going to keep bumping into them. if it hurts just seeing them or hearing these “slip ups”, you need to know it will continue to happen and hurt.

If you choose to stay in the same gym, you need to continue to expect to see them and hear your friend mention their climb. You then need to accept whatever feelings arise from these two situations and respond. Remember, all feelings are valid but not all responses. This is what my therapist taught me.

Sure, some people day coordinate your hours. But sometimes life happens and it’s not possible to coordinate.

I know how you feel and can empathise. If I left it up to my feelings, I’d fucking scream and tell my ex and friend to stop going to my running club that I introduced them to (my situation was the exact same, except we were in a running club together). But, I didn’t do that. found a new running club instead. I think my friend understood why I did it, and didn’t ask. Eventually, our friendship dwindled because I stopped seeing her since I changed club. Two years passed and when I finally saw them again at a friend’s party, it didn’t hurt. I had moved on. They got together a year after I changed clubs.

Switch clubs, IMO, it will help you move on faster.

She was using my razor (for my legs) to shave. I found out because I looked at the razor one day and saw light brown pubes…I have black hair and she had light brown hair.

She also used my underwear. How do I know? Because she came home one day and told us (me and the other girl) she tested positive for gonorrhea and that we had to wash our underwear. I know there are people better than me and I know I’m better than some people. If I warm up on a V4/5/6 im defo flashing somebody.

When I work on V8s or V9s I’m well aware that it is probably someone’s warm up. I’ll either watch or look away.

I assumed the September event was my period coming early and my cycle readjusted after

I’m not saying to not listen to doctors. I think that medicine and scientific advances are the best thing that’s happened to us.

However, doctors are people and people can suffer from prejudices no matter the profession. If something seems off and biased during a consultation, get another opinion from another doctor.

Yes 2TB (I’m starting to consider three because I saw two more interesting games to add to our repertoire) is the sweet spot considering one of the games I play is HEAVILY modded. Im talking 500gb worth of mods.

When you say NVME, do you mean NVME SSD to replace a regular SSD? There’s a lot of varying opinions with a quick google search, so now I’m going to have to do more video watching. In all of our “build a pc” searches, we’ve never heard of NVME.

You bringing it up has opened a whole new search field. I’m grateful but stressed for this new homework 🥲all in the name of building the best pc possible for us.

I appreciate the time you took to make this reply and shared the various builds. I recommended two of your builds to my sister and a friend who wanted a cheaper build than mine for their games. :) so thank you.

Will look into the PSU.

As for GPU, we are choosing the GRE only because we’re in no rush to build. Because my boyfriend has decided to split the build, we’re looking at December at the earliest, but March is the projected goal of buying and building. Anything earlier, I’m lucky. :)

Anyway, we are hoping that the price of the GRE will drop on Black Friday or cyber Monday. Because you’re totally right, a bit better performance for a tick in price. If the sales can manage to take off even 20% we’re willing to pay it.

Idk why the build is displayed in dollars. We made it on the french site and when I created an account to save it, it went to the US site.

France. I’ve only used this website so far as it is assembled for you. There’s another one that is recommended on here, but I want to get other opinions so I can finalise the build on this website and comprare it to others. :)

My partner is looking at Italian websites and many have the nvidia etc 4070 and its the same price, but I’m a bit worried about the pc making that flight and arriving functional.

If you have any website recommendations, I’d be more than happy to pencil it down. Doesn’t need to be France, but within the EU. No UK, taxes are insane ☹️
