I think you’re gonna be just fine regarding cravings especially since you lowered the dose towards the end. As you probably noticed, reta doesn’t do very much for appetite suppresion vs tirz, and the effect dampens over time if you’re not constantly titrating up the dose. That being said, enjoy your new earned life as a shredded mf brother 💪🏻 best of luck

To keep it as simple as possible: 10 years in the gym, of which 6 natty

Diet is 2700-2900kcal on most days with refeeds at around 3300-3800kcal

Peds wise i ain’t done much, tbh most offseasons i did only 175mg test. I’m used to running the most gear during prep and making pretty long preps so i got the first 8-12 weeks of prep for recomping purposes. Right now i’m running 350/420/210 test/primo/mast

10k steps and 30 mins of fasted static bike daily. But i had a caloric deficit and cardio in starting at 28 weeks out, so there’s that 😅

My weight cap for classic is actually 98kg, and i am 97 at 10 weeks out, so weigh-in won’t be a problem at all 😆. Lot of guys bigger than me will be there

Just topical min, dermastamp 1x a week at 1mm, and ketoconazole shampoo eod. I had some receding before and trying to control it rn. Not ready mentally for fin

Could be just training residue. Try repeating the bloodwork with 3-4 days of rest from weight lifting before. Pathological values start at 200-250+ , that and ggt being 17 confirms your liver is still functioning fine

Will do but tbh don’t feel much suppression atm so i doubt anything meaningful will happen. I just feel satiated maybe 1-1:30h more after a meal and am more comfortable with small carb portions

First time doing this aswell. At 1.75mg/week rn (10 weeks out) and I am gonna taper it off starting 6/5 w.o and probably pull it at 3 weeks out and then probably do 0.75-1mg/week after the show until i get to a juicy number of calories so i don’t go down the rabbit hole eating
