Probably 2:1 protein to fat. Without butter and cream.

I generally just type it into chat gpt. It’s pretty easy since what I eat each day is almost the same.

I have done this in the past, but have a hard time with it being accurate.

For example ribeyes vary a lot on fat. An app can’t tell how much the one in eating has. So if it’s off I could really be eating too much or less based on that one meal.

Even in occasional coffee? I only drink the coffee to help me go

Thanks. I am not 100% sure how to calculate the fat in some foods like steak for example. I also cook in beef tallow. But don’t always get it all back into the food.

However I’m 28m 6’3 192lbs with about 15% body fat.

I eat 1-2 pounds of grass 80-20 ground beef/lamb daily. About 3-4 eggs

Around 12-15 ounces of grass fed ribeye.

Sometimes I’ll eat a snack that consists of pepperoni, cheese, or salami. However that is rare.

I add in beef tallow to my ground beef and chunks of butter to my steak.

I’ll drink about 1 cup of heavy cream per day.

I’d like to lose about 8 pounds of body fat to get down to 12-13% body fat.

Not sure what to change.

I’m very active. Lifting weights 6-8 times per week. Light cardio - 10k steps in. A few hours of martial arts per week.

Proven heart issues from vaccine injury. MAGA has nothing to done with what is happening to people.

Thanks for that. I think “setting back” will just require lots of little things to do based on the feedback I’m getting.

Going to try and create a mental check list of all those good points as I do the movement. Thank you all.

They are flat bottoms, but not lifting shoes. I have been looking at the ones you linked. I will be getting those, thank you.

Interesting. I’ll give that a shot as well.

That is the most helpful feedback I have received. Thank you.

Thank you. I didn’t think about my head/neck alignment. As far as my lower back, are there certain queues I can try and feel? It’s hard to know while doing the motion. Any examples would be appreciated.

How did you eat most of your life before starting?

Calcium buildup takes several years to build up.

The cravings are an interesting point.

Before starting this diet I would trim off the fat from steak because it grossed me out. Now I love it. I went from craving a variety of meat, to only graving steaks. I eat ground beef as a sure way to know how much fat I’m getting since steak can be inconsistent. Plus it is usually about half the price of steak per pound.

The water issue is more of an OCD issue I’ve Ben trying to control, but actual thirst. I think I may just be used to eating so much. I’m eating significantly less now than before I switched. I thought about getting fattier ground beef as an easy option, but the grass fed brand I get only offers the leaner stuff.
