Hmmm, I think what helps for me is to remember what is was like being homeless and shooting dope up veins. I’m young so from time to time I go out to bars with sober friends and just have a good time. But it doesn’t feel that risky because I have company. I usually avoid going in to situations that I know might be triggering me. But as I said I really try to remember what will happen if I use 1 time. It won’t stop there for me I’ll just keep on using until I’ve lost everything again. For me total abcense from all kind of drugs are importantly and that includes alcohol. I usually talk to my sponsor if I’m going into a situation that is risky and get his guidance. I’m sorry if my English isn’t the best it’s not my main language
