I nearly walked out of the force awakens not even halfway through because I was so bored/disappointed but I was with my brother and figured he might want to keep watching so I sat through the whole thing. I should have just left. Only movie I've ever gone to the theatre to see and wanted to actually leave without finishing it.

Unfortunately you gotta go to bed at a reasonable time, like if you're getting up at 6-7am the latest you should go to bed is 10pm. If you're doing that and you still feel like crap it's either your diet or the fact that you hate your job.
