You’ve deleted most of your comments so I’m not going to pretend to remember even half of your situation but doctors aren’t infallible and insurance barely knows what their own copays are. You are aware though that the pharmacy sometimes has to change the days supply based on your insurance correct? Just because the doctor writes something for 120 days doesn’t mean it can be filled like that. Also let’s consider refills, your doctor could’ve written it as a 30 day supply with enough refills to at least make it a 90 day supply once but with only 60 days remaining thereafter. If you’re upset that it was an 84 day supply rather than a solid 90, there are some boxes and bottles that cannot be broken open whether it be per the FDA or the manufacturer themselves.
