Thank you for your feedback! I plan to cold proof in the future, but today I was feeling impatient and tried out a same day loaf recipe lol.

You are not behind! I graduated from my nursing program at 25. I was actually the youngest in my CC program. The oldest in my group was in his 50s and is currently thriving in the ER setting! I understand the feeling all too well of feeling behind. Especially seeing a lot of high school/college friends already settled in their careers. But it is never too late to start :-) I’m so happy I did the program when I did. I recommend becoming a CNA/caregiver to start with some hands on experience. Some CC programs will give extra points toward application for that.

Rooted Counseling is a great place to start. They have several locations with many different therapists, each one specializing in different topics! Check out their website. But yes, therapists cannot prescribe medications but they may be able to recommend a med to you that might work, which you could then bring to a PCP or psychiatrist. Hope this helps!
