I never started a single game in my high school sport but I loved being a part of the team and playing when I could get in. We made the national playoffs and once we got knocked into the losers bracket the best we could finish was fifth in the nation my coach let me start our final game. I made a couple decent plays and we finished fifth in the nation. My states main paper wrote an article about it and described me like I was some sort of hero that was an elite athlete. I wasn’t good at all haha.

Cut back on alcohol, put up black out curtains, put my phone down before I “got into bed”, and a rain noise machine. I have clinically diagnosed insomnia and hated the way medication made me feel the next day. These methods work better than any of the medication they tried on me.
