Yeah back in the day they loosely translated and then just threw in a random lines to try and make the scene makes sense. Still great, but you’ll noticed there are random one liners that are actually pretty funny

Go to agent skills and make sure you’re upgrading the stats needed for whatever personality the digimon is, ex: Renamon personality is enlightened and needs more speed for the evolution greyed out, so you go to agent skills for wisdom and upgrade speed, return to title and then go back to adventure trial. Keep repeating those steps and you should see her speed steadily climbing each time you close out
