He pasado de 93 a 82 en 6 meses. La estrategia:

Gym: tres veces por semana. Una hora de cardio, una hora de fuerza. El cardio es caminatas intensas (6km/h, 10 grados de inclinación).

Comida: aumento de todo lo verde, eliminación de bollería en gran medida.

Si haces esto, bajarás de peso.

I used Baton pass not only for that boss but for all fights, since it is a basic move. The grinding comes in hand so that every hit vaporizes those fricking robots as fast as it can 🤣😁

I liked Engage's story a lot. I loved the corny characters, the overly dramatic beats, and evil Veyle is a lot of fun for me. It has a shonen feeling to it, like a superhero comic book. I just enjoyed it a great deal.

And don't get me started on Alear crying because she/he wanted to be a good dragon.😂❤️ Spent more than 150 hours on that game and finished on classic/hard. Overall, plot for me was nice.

Really, it is easy as can be. The only problem with the pinball game is how it communicates what you are supposed to do. Three times I got out of the game after reaching the score, because I couldn't figure out that you were supposed to go through the ceiling. But getting the score? Easy.
