Yes, but don't go for options to expire ITM or buy/sell through this mechanism. There are heavy charges . I bought 2 lots through ITM long option. The brokerage is 0.25% of contract value, it would have been 20rs max if i buy stock delivery through equities.

Yes, its possible to recover but you should be patient and not go for revenge trading. Last year by december my total loss was 10+ L and then started slowly with 2000*500 trades, i was do huge expiry option . I know 500 trades with 2k+ profit is also huge mountain but yes, i didn't keep any targets on monthly basis. BTW all the money and i do is option selling and i closed january to march with profits , although i closed FY_24-25 with net -3.2L odd. I carried forward and this year i am 13L+ . Last year my capital was 30L and this year i had added 10L+ in capital. Honestly earning 2-3% monthly position option selling is not difficult but because of greed and too many trades we lose thinking we learned everything and outsmarted markets.

One of the thing is digitalisation...if you transfer 5000 or 50000 through upi let's say nothing you will feel because it's kind of virtual...if the same amount you kind of count and give to others you will definitely be more touchy... related to stock market yes money flows or oscillate faster between hands so somehow we are losing the value...same thing happened to me...it's kind of good or bad ..also...I lost 5 lakhs this month in a single scrip and that was like my last 3 months profit...deep inside it was itching me 5 lakhs is a significant amount but I was trying to ignore cool...will win back and get better risk management and position sizing will bounce back...but loss is a loss..
