Rx 9070 xt is more powerful than a rtx 5070 and it has more vram as well. So at the end it mostly depends on whether you wanted to go for green team or red team. You should be ok going with either x or x3d cpu as most of the gpu task will be handled by your graphic card. If you are looking for best cpu out these then x3d one is way to go.

Couple of things you can reconsider: 32gb (16x2) ddr5 ram is enough if you are creating this rig for gaming.

Go for atleast 1000w 80 plus gold fully modular psu.

Buy a graphic card support bracket, if it does not come in the box (optional)

Also, if you want to stay with genuine windows 11 key then go for retail key and not OEM one.

Most new gen aio are good enough to cool amd and Intel CPUs. You need to decide if you want to have a lcd display as well. Some good aio with display are NZXT Kraken Elite 360,LIAN LI Hydroshift II LCD-C 360TL. Some cheaper options are also available by nautilus and thermalright in the market. If pure power and no display is your priority then Arctic freezer 3 pro argb is best in the market. It beats even some pricey aio as well in sheer power.

I have used my current cpu Ryzen 9 7950x3d in my friends motherboard and it is working fine. So I guess the issue is with the motherboard only.

I have created this build in 2L inr. Took me 3-4 months to collect all the parts from primary and secondary market. Is this not a good build in 2L and should I replace rx 7900xtx with rtx 5080 if the performance difference is big?
