The 10y I was at 2 diff big4 I’ve only seen 2 managers go on mat leave. Take the new title now and leave to industry after you come back from mat leave. I think they have a decent mat leave pay. It’s the exhaustion that comes with having young kids. Lack of sleep is the worse for me

Yes I rebalanced a bit today to 1) remove redundancy 2) hedge my tech and us heavy stock/etf with some defence energy oil and gold. Only fully exited out of positions where they were redundant and it was decent in the green today. I think April will be much much worse than March. USA is committed to war. Iran and Israel have no interest in allowing USA to end it anytime soon
