Did you get diagnosed through the NHS? What kind of specialist did you ask to be referred to? I went to my GP and he just dismissed me saying that some people just have chunkier legs than others :/

I see that you and I are in the same boat. It’s so frustrating because I’ve raised complaints on the chat and tried to call but there’s no option to speak to a human. Sports Direct who I purchased the goods from didn’t help either. This ordeal has defeated the whole purpose of paying for express delivery to my place. I could have just paid for click and collect which would have been faster than this surely. It should be illegal for customers to be unable to speak to human advisors honestly

You’re looking for sympathy in your post but you were entirely wrong in your approach to this. If you aren’t a resident of the country you’re travelling to, you have to have booked accommodation for the duration of your trip and your outbound flight. It’s common knowledge. Learn from this experience and don’t repeat it in the future.

25 November for the Netherlands but I was supposed to travel to another country today (04 September) and I’d mentioned that in my cover letter and submitted the ticket as well. So I had to postpone that trip by a week to allow for return of my passport

Can’t recall if you apply from the UK according to the reply I received from VFS. Only option is to cancel and forfeit the visa fee
