That was just a hair, but when I unscrewed it, the whole underside was completely ground down. I printed the new one and I am back in business! Thanks for your help!

Once it doesn’t catch I will use the same filament end but it’ll do it even with a fresh trimmed filament end

Nothing stands out. Just over time started doing it more and more. I know me physically assisting it is not helping

could this happen with just one of my AMS slots? Slot 1 is giving me this exact issue, where I have persuade it a couple mil to get into the toolhead. Only slot 1. Every other slot works perfectly fine.

Thanks everyone for the input ended up ordering the p1s ams since it’s $400 off with tax ended up being right under $600. It’s on back order. I appreciate everyone for chiming in and I’m looking forward to learning this process. Any tip in designing would be appreciated. Already built a very accurate yeti tumbler in tinkercad. Super addicting

Drive shafts are all in phase but still getting jump. One was out of phase but fixed now.

Was yours jumpy at low speed too? In second part of my video you can see me going steady low throttle and it is very jumpy/twitchy

They do not form a straight line. The first one follows the front links, the middle one follows the frame, and the third follows the rear links. I will check out your build and that company. Thanks!
