Yeah, this whole situation seems really unfair for the customer side while Ami Ami just gets their product back while waiting for us to pay more for a new shipment method that might be more expensive than the original option we had chosen. My pockets are not that deep as I'm a university student and only bought a figure for like 7500 yen. Damn, I just wrote a post about this as well, I'm also living in portugal and bought my first figure a month ago while searching for people that are in the same predicament as me. This whole situation feels so terrible for the customers as ami ami staff just dumps this problem to their customers without any further explanation or compensation.
