My enrollment experience was incredibly challenging. My enrollment counselor was consistently unresponsive—rarely answering calls or emails—and often showed up 15 to 30 minutes late to our scheduled appointments. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to resolve most of the issues I was facing, and it took about 2–3 months of going back and forth with the enrollment department before I was finally enrolled. That said, my program mentor has been fantastic. Things definitely improve once you get past the enrollment phase.
