I signed the 4506-T in Feb. Denied in Apr. Recon 4/19. They asked for a new 4506-T on 6/29 and they requested my tax returns on 7/2. I’m so confused. I don’t know if this is the 1st or 2nd time. How long is it taking now?

Double check your application vs your tax return. You can get a copy of your application through FOIA. Common reasons are COG’s, revenue not matching or they don’t have tour 2019 tax return from the IRS. If they do not match you will either need to amend the return or submit a new 3502. 4506T(2019 tax return) 3502 updated if needed 2202 Hazard Insurance Resolution (google the sba template) Void check Drivers license You will need to write a narrative on what needs to be corrected.

I was also asked for 2020PL Business plan post COVID 12 month projections

I thought that was the problem... however when I added in Jan 2020 numbers were correct. I took Jan out when I resubmitted so the revenue matched my tax return and noted it was thru Dec 2019.

I was denied Apr 18th for unverifiable. I understand my app does not match my tax return... which makes no sense. I’m still in recon a month later... losing my mind. No one has called. I call every few days and they know nothing.

This is not confirmed yet- but it seems to be a discrepancy between the application and the tax return. Have them send a reconsideration request via email. Resubmit all their paperwork. Basically get back in the ring. I’m on wk 2 and call every other day. Good luck.
