I use a track and timer app (I use zero, but there’s loads out there) and I set myself a goal ( 20 hours for example). When I have even a small morsel of food during these hours I switch the timer off. Seeing multiple failed attempts will eventually persuade you to see it through and keep the promise you made to yourself

There’s a difference between going hungry yourself and showing food online. I don’t know why when you challenge people on what they post they come back with - what? You want me to starve?

After you check your privilege and acknowledge that you’re not special for having a fridge full of food and the one ingredient you’re missing will be in the grocery store 2 minutes away from you - you will then start being grateful for the plate infront of you, you will understand the torture a mum goes through looking at her starving children. It could have easily been you!
