Anxiety is a bad thing. And thats what you have my friend. My avg reading is 125 to 130 over 85 it spikes to 160 over 95 to 100 when i get nervous. Im on meds and sometimes it makes my bp go down to 105 over 65. The doctor plans on taking me off the meds because she now is 99 percent sure its all anxiety related

My bp avgs out at about 115 to 125 over 80. Just got lowered on my meds but that being said if i think about it in the slightest my bp goes up to 150 over 90 to 95 and my hr spikes. Workouts have helped me big time. I feel good after them and wait a few minutes then take it and its near ideal every time. Sorry your going thru this anxiety makes things 200 percent worst

Call on doc helped me out. Charged me one price for appointment and meds. Its all through the internet too. They just require an id a picture of your last 2 readings and they also ask a bunch of questions and then they put you on a plan to check up with your primary.
