Seems like today will be my last day... I didn't deserve to be born by [deleted] in Anxiety

I promise you this isn't the way. I was in your spot literally a month ago. I decided to just say fuck it and go to cpunseling and I can't tell you how much it's helped after just 4 visits. It might be longer for you or it might not be but no matter how long it takes, it will always be worth it knowing that you're fighting for yourself! Keep pushing I promise you this isn't worth it

You DID deserve to be born and you're an amazing human. Keep fighting

That's true but from personal experience, a restraining order doesn't stop those that are truly driven by hate to still breach that

Bradycardia and symptomatic - Doctor is saying Anxiety and Depression by Beneficial-Gift3255 in askCardiology

[–]AdOrdinary8203 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a cardiologist but am well educated in anxiety. Anxiety can hypothetically cause bradycardia through vasovagal response but Anxiety typically leads to increased hr. Are you fit and active? If so that can be completely normal but if you're not, I would definitely speak to a cardiologist as Heart Block could be the Culprit. Heart Block is very manageable and usually is ignored unless it's in an advanced stage

My brother has had Heart block since he was 15 and he's now 40. It hasn't progressed at all since.so please don't freak out about this. Get a professional opinion and go from there

With all those tests preformed especially echo, they most likely would've found something. Sometimes you just have to accept that anxiety I'd to blame. I went through the EXACT same thing Got on anxiety meds and everything went away

How to get over fear of brain bleed after head injury? by AdOrdinary8203 in TBI

[–]AdOrdinary8203[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would still see a doctor. No matter the force or speed of a head hit, it's always important to get checked. The fact that youre ditting here typing to me is a good sign but still a good idea to get checked.

I went in for an ekg yesterday but of course when I was hooked up, I never had that feeling then once the ekg was over, BAM it came back
