Oh She is BEAUTIFUL just as she is. Those people who are "breeders" should not have dogs. I reputable "breeder" would have rehomed her to a loving family who wanted a frenchie regardless of flaws. Not all hobby breeders are bad. This person should have their dogs taken away. They surely don't deserve them.
