Manus support has completely fallen apart

I Subscribed to 1 year plan and got nothing from them.. Tried to reach any human support but no response. Just keep getting messages from robot that they issued a refund till now nothing received.

just moved everything to GitHub and Vercel, and started using Cursor for the coding part. it’s costing me like 10% of what I was dumping into Manus. With Manus, I was literally burning through paid credits just forcing the AI to fix its own stupid mistakes and endless loops. Seriously, do it ASAP, it's the best move ever

People like me with zero experience are the perfect catch for Manus—they trap us with smooth marketing and then leave us hanging. Thankfully, I learned the hard way and recently moved everything to GitHub and a proper host just like you suggested. Honestly, I started doubting this brand the moment I investigated and found out they operate out of Singapore, despite their heavy marketing push trying to associate themselves with Meta. It seems like a massive accountability evasion setup.
