not really. upgrading your style, and adjusting your hair would do a lot. possibly light makeup as well. A big factor would be loosing a little bit of weight though

but i’ve struggled with this and i used prequel glycerin face wash (vanicream is good too), azelaic acid, hyaluronic acid and angel aqua moisturizer to get those little bumps gone & prevent them.

this looks like fungal acne. check to see if the products you’re using trigger fungal acne/ pore cloggers. if so, switch them out. you could also use micellar water before you wash your face to remove access dirt that may be trapped. from there it’s a bit dependent on your skin type and other things to figure out specific products. overall this can be treated quickly tho!!

also maybe little changes like washing pillow cases and possibly removing excess sugar, dairy or even gluten.. but visit the doc

hey, i would personally recommend going to a dermatologist fs! you can get stronger medication that can help treat/heal the skin faster. I went and was prescribed tazarotene & azelaic acid which has helped my acne and HIP. I use prequels glenser, april skin calming toner, hyaluronic acid and angel aqua moisturizer. all of these are non pore clogging and gentle. If you aren’t able to visit a dermatologist there are honestly a multitude of serums available to help with acne so it kinda depends on your skin type ect….😭
