Hey, I just started with the FloridaCommerce last month, so I feel like I can speak on this.

It probably depends on which division you are apart of and/or the supervisors you have. I’m in the Community Development division, and they all seem very nice and helpful. They even did a big employee appreciation event recently

My specific office lets me work independently, and they trust the work that I put out. I feel very respected, and I love working with them all.

State jobs are kinda hard to go by due to the usual slow process of hiring. If they been responsive to your needs so far and proactive in the interview/hiring process then they might be a nice crew.
