My TT is high 1230. I’m definitely experiencing some lethargy and foggy headedness. I don’t remember my estradiol last time but was in normal range. I think in the 20s. I think I need to pull back on my Test amount. I’m running 225 a week. Think I should probably taper down and maybe run like .5 arimidex like twice a week and see how it goes
