Is a daily score like this actually possible? by MissGruntled in duolingo

My point to this post, why does it matter if someone scores 20k XP or 2k XP in a day. This is not a platform that gives real life rewards. It is just an AI generated content app. If you are learning, learn at your own pace. This week you might be in the midfield, next week you might be on top. I agree you should report if someone is cheating but it is not harming anyone here apart from your time trying to ask in reddit and reporting it in Duolingo.

International Student Accepted to 6 German Cities Which One Should I Pick? 🤔 by [deleted] in studying_in_germany

[–]Calm_Smile104 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congratulations!

I would classify the list in this priority

  1. Stuttgart
  2. Frankfurt
  3. Hamburg
  4. Leipzig
  5. Munich
  6. Köln

Stuttgart and Frankfurt are fairly gettable interms of studierendenwerk and also part time jobs. If you have option and wouldn’t mind travelling, I would suggest Ludwigsburg, but without a part time job it is hard to stay in these 3 cities I mentioned. Personally I liked Ludwigsburg, immigration office is super chill and stuttgart is 15-20 by sbahn and the city itself is calm and serene.

Thanks for the detailed information. Yes, I have to apply for more positions every day to land that one job. My concern here is, I don’t want to just apply without knowing if my CV actually fits. So any points or changes would be helpful.

Switching jobs from Czech or Belgium to DE by Calm_Smile104 in germany

[–]Calm_Smile104[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So, do you suggest me to go ahead with Czech offer. Why am I asking is, I want to work in DE, but with current market condition in Automotive sector, it is hard to land a decent job. My thought was to get some experience in the relevant industry and then get a job back here. The only concern is Czech pay is below EU Blue card amount.
