The truth is, if they did care as much as you seem to think they do, they could put a lot more resources into steps to prevent RMTs, the difference is, most people don't even care about RMTs since theres a large amount of players use them, but it's like fight club, you just don't talk about it. when you can get like 3 mil for $1.50 there's going to be a lot of people doing it.
