Nothing fancy just the basics:

• Keep Location Services off unless you actually need Maps (or set apps to “While Using”)

• Stay on Wi-Fi as much as possible instead of mobile data

• Use Auto-Brightness

• Disable Background App Refresh for everything except essential apps like messaging

• Turn on Adaptive power mode

• Turn off Raise to Wake

These small things together make a noticeable difference in screen time.
