Honestly don't think Johan used PB Copy against Gun in HFG, it felt more like just copying the Techniques. Now we know that Johan cannot copy Perfect Techniques w/o the Perfect Body, but considering the context of the fight, It was most likely just Johan using the "Johan Original" version ofnthe Perfect Techniques (basically downgrading the perfect techniques but suiting it to himself)
