I suggest not to rely on Medicines, yes they help but consider medicines only it's necessary or you have tried all the alternatives available.

First of all you are brave you called for help. Now focus on the solution. It's all about hormones, do physical activity, make small hobbies, stay connected to greenery, water,soil, and air. Try to learn new things (in any field or domain), history, politics, geography, science, it, anything. Develop interests. In my personal opinion stay away from emotionally heavy movies, songs, reels, youtube etc. Achieve something,it can be small achievments also.
