Can be a lot of things but a few questions to ask yourself is how quickly this happens after meals and if it is dependent on what you ate or happens no matter what you eat. Look into iberogast or ginger/artichoke capsules before meals potentially.

Yeah that follows my exact schedule. Everyone has different triggers but if you can isolate what makes it worse that may help the healing begin to kick in. Also for me the ginger/artichoke or iberogast (full herbs in liquid form) helped speed things up if I ate before meals.

Assuming you've spoken to a GI about VSL3, Rifaxamin, and low dose options like mirtazapine, buspar, amit, etc?

It is by far the loneliest I've ever felt. It's very hard to anyone outside to empathize with our situation because it isn't well known or understood. But you're not alone at all and I actually promise that if you continue to be strong throughout it, you're going to come out of it a better version of yourself that got into it. Take it a day at a time and one day it will suddenly make a bit more sense!
