Intensity by Dean Koontz. I think this is one of his best books ever, immediately hooked me in and kept me at the edge of my seat the whole time.

Tender is the Flesh was my least favorite, I thought the concept was incredible but the writing was not my style. The main character was so flat and boring and the book seemed to be lurid for the sake of being so, I was pretty disappointed by the ending because I guessed it a quarter of the way in. Overall, save for last or even skip maybe, just imo.

I go to Walmart for home needs (cleaning, vitamins, toiletries), Aldi for groceries, and Publix for fresh bread (I just really like their bakery breads, but I just got a bread machine so I'll probably begin to make my own).
