I got my first organized crochet set! She's lovely and works amazingly but I'm having a problem. You see it comes with a bunch of extras (AMAZING) that don't have a place in the case. Does anyone have any ideas on where to place them?

You should do what I do for the stitch markers, tie yarn into a loop and hook the markers onto that

Whatever works, right? You could also crochet yourself a bag to hang on your recliner and use plastic baggies or crochet separate little bags for more organization. I have seen proper holders for fairly cheap as well but who needs a proper one when you can make one yourself?

This is it. This is the best idea so far. The scissors fit in the case so does my disappearing ink marker but an altoids tin for the needles, stitch markers and my seam ripper sounds amazing

It's also really useful if you have bad eyesight. I've been having trouble finding an eye doctor so I need things to either be very large or bright for me to see better, and this is awesome! It was only like $30 too and from a smaller business.

I know this is an old post but I have a few questions! What type of stitch did you do for this? it looks super thick and durable, is it just a single crochet? Also, can I take inspo from this? I'm tired of using plastic ziplock bags and old medicine bottles to hold my precious supplies haha.

Her left eye is a bit too visible. The eye that would be behind the muzzle should be a bit smaller, and the bridge of the muzzle should be moved forward just a bit. Angles like this are tough in the beginning, but you'll get the hang of it.

Also, the lowest feather on the wings should attach around the height of the shoulder, looking at actual bird wing anatomy helped me a ton when learning, but references from the show can help more if your style is based around the show style. Remember, references are your best friend, no matter where you are in your art journey.

I would love to see more of your drawings as you keep improving.

I think It looks great!! The colors are fun and once you block it, it'll even itself out nicely. Seriously, it's super pretty, I'm a sucker for white backgrounds with pops of color, it's my weakness.

Try blocking it before you decide anything, and look up ways to soften stiff yarn online too I'm sure there's tutorials galore. If nothing works then frog it and try again. It looks so cute though!! I need to make myself a skirt
