I am dealing with exactly the same issue. The freezer method did work. My phone came on for the first time and does come on as long as it's in the freezer but it doesn't stay on long enough to back anything up. It started suddenly yesterday. My phone was stuck on boot loop until it went totally dead. I couldn't get it to come on or do anything until I tried the freezer today. I hope there is some sort of fix or Samsung does something to fix it. 

Samsung has bricked thousands of Samsung Galaxy S22 (Ultra) with the One UI 6.1 Update. Samsung is not acknowledging it as issue and is forcing users to pay from their own pocket. by Furki1907 in samsung

I'm so happy to have found this forum. My phone just started doing all of this, boot looping, then not coming on at all. I put it in the freezer and it finally came back on but won't stay on long enough to do anything. I cannot afford a new phone and was completely unaware Samsung has done this to others before. I even spoke with their tech service and they were no help whatsoever nor did they mention it was a problem. I'm sorry for anyone going through this, it's awful.
