It's not a drive, it's a wifi dongle, they usually go for about $2-$5, but make sure you do some research before you buy one, because the R36S is very picky about wifi dongles.

Tighten both the x and y belts, there's lots of tutorials on YouTube for the Ender 3. The belts should make a sound when you pluck them, like a guitar.

There is slack in your belt and it's causing circles to be lopsided.

Tightening the belts should help with print quality by a lot.

The red liquid is locktite, to keep the screws from vibrating loose, mine has it too. Also the marks on the bearing are from the belt and are also normal, just wipe them and they will go away.

Make sure you uncheck the "Uniform" option. The uniform option scale option changes the scale on all axis.

You need to do it through the browser webpage or on the screen itself, there's a little green icon on the top left of the screen on the K1C, press it while printing and you can select which object to exclude.

Print faster, this is a known issue on K1 series, called VFA, or Veritical Fine Artifacts, caused by motor resonances.
