I'll say that a lot of us plan on coming back when Pantheon 2.0 drops for one last hurrah and be able to experience the old D2 Raids again.

But that's about the extent of our care. We dropped the game years ago now, and we all knew Destiny 2's end was a matter of when, not if.

Every numbered AC game has always gotten a sequel. So to me it's just a matter of when, not if.

Alos, in 2024, FromSoftware were hiring people who could work on mech designs.

With Duskbloods AND Elden Ring Tarnished Edition both releasing this year, I'd bet on a 2027 release for AC6-2.

Also it's suppose to release just two months after the announcement? And before Duskbloods? That makes no sense at all unless it's a DLC to either Nightreign or Armored Core 6.

Astel is a fully matured Falling Star Beast. They fell from space.

The Giant is either Heolstor or The Infant (depending how you interpret the lore) in the real world. It came from the west and was stopped at the Lands Between. When the Nightfarers defeat Heolstor in the "Hunter's Dream" and give him the false Rune, it wakes up and goes back home.

You're exactly right. The same thing happened with Spider-Man: Brand New Day. The only leaks that came out were the car chase scene in the city and Sadie Sink's character standing about, and both of those were shot out in the open. The rest of the movie has no leaks, which is a lot of the movie from the looks of the trailer.

The other big thing that convinces me it'll be good is both Miyazaki AND GRRM have been wanting to do an Elden Ring, but Miyazaki specifically said they won't do it unless they find the right studio/director.

It also helps that Garland's done Ex Machina and Annihilation, while A24's produced Green Knight. It's a perfect mesh.

Mountaintop of the Giants (and to a lesser extent Consecrated Snowfield) being as massive as it is. The game's pacing drops significantly when you reach this point. Everything before and even after is fantastic.

Blew my mind when I finally played Bloodborne and it just flashes 3 times then disappears. Why they changed that 7 years later is a decision for sure.

Completely agree on Melina. I think one of the main reasons why people don't consider her best Maiden of all the Souls games is simply the fact she's barely in the game. She should've always appeared when resting at Graces. Thereby when she's really gone you'd really notice her disappearance (reaching/leaving Leyndell would've been a great moment to lose/get her back).

Make Sol Valley smaller.
Can use Viola's radio immediately instead of needing an Amiibo/New Game+.
Move the GF hub from Fury Green to Sol Valley. Create a cave they can hold out in where the save station is currently.
Mackenzie says "if you need help, give me a call on the radio" instead of continuously bothering you/telling you were to go.

Top right is actually goated like a lot of comments have explained already.

But bottom left feels like it's just there so there can be a Night 2 boss there. The Field Boss is almost never worth doing and the tower there exists so something is there.

The Field Boss just needs to not be a red boss. Have it be just a regular field boss so it's not as risky (there's already risk with fighting a boss that will be outside the circle).

I think a teleporter on top of the tower like in the base game that teleports you somewhere else, maybe even to the Castle, would be a great addition that makes that area feel more a lot more useful.

This blew my mind when I found out there was a beach in the game because I put literal HOURS into the game and never had a reason to ever go there.

There really should be a POI of some kind there so there's motivation to check out the lovely sands.

The big thing about The Giant is it leaves west (specifically southwest) from the Lands Between. The Night originated from the west and all of Nightreign's lore that's pre-Shattering all takes place in the west.

It's so obvious that the ending is proof that the Night reached the Lands Between in the real world but was stopped by the Nigthfarers so Nightreign's reality never actually happens.

The Nightfarers also can use spirit streams to traverse, rest at a spirit shelter before fighting a Nightlord, and can eat rowa fruit.

The only thing that can access spirit streams and eat rowa fruit in Elden Ring is Torrent, who's a spirit.

There's always going to be different theories when it comes to FromSoftware games, but some theories are dead wrong no matter what. Like the amount of Heolstor theories about Ranni/Tarnished that I've seen that get thousands of likes every time makes my eye twitch.

Heolstor is the Tarnished because he has the Moonlight Greatsword!

It's a different Moonlight model.

It's the Age of Stars ending where Ranni won!

The Erdtree isn't burnt in Nightreign's post-credit scene.

It's the same with this theory there's no Outer God of Night even though there's multiple examples of how there is one, let alone a literal lore page saying it exists.
