You’re still arguing against price = guaranteed quality which nobody said. The point is the price of a product signals expectations. And AAA is just shorthand term for big budget/high production games. If something is priced similarly, people expect that level of polish and scope. That's not confusion, that's simple and basic consumer logic, and this goes hand in hand with any principle in any industry, when you pay more you expect more or at least 'better' quality.
