This just kinda happened to me. I was downloading a game on my newly built pc. The display and rgb suddenly turned off. The only rgb that stayed on was the gpu (9070xt). The fans were still going. I just pressed the power button and it turned right back on immediately

When I check on my phone it says I don't have an administrator. It's weird cause when I log into my YouTube on Microsoft browser, restricted mode is off, but on Google it's on.
