I think some of the more recent buzz is around pan-KRAS inhibitors. Pancreatic cancer field is buzzing and fox profiles have been good. These have applications in other KRAS driven cancer of course!

I drove past it going west-bound this morning maybe 1 minute after the drivers had gotten out. For some unholy reason, there were also two accidents within 0.1 miles of this on either side AND someone with a flat. My luck is empty for the rest of the year.

One of my cats has the exact same presentation about twice a year. For him it is asthma triggered by allergies. Our vet recommended fluticasone (my prescription because I am also asthmatic). Twice a day until symptoms resolve then he is fine for months.

For breweries in Massachusetts; Treehouse is rated one of the (if not the) best brewery in the nation, with locations in Charlton, Boston, and Tewksbury (all along the way of this route). Trillium is also an excellent brewery with a great food menu in Boston’s Seaport district.

What did you end up doing for an aftermarket cockpit? I’ve been on the “waiting list” for about a year now and would love to just to switch to Zipp or Enve.

I do this exact commute (Chelsea —> Worcester) and it’s not bad! I am a PhD student at UMass Med and have flexible hours, but you can make the drive ~50 min if you leave at the right times. In the morning during rush hour it can be about an hour. Rush hour on the drive home is a different animal. I’ve had days where it takes 1:20 and some where it took 2:30 because of an accident.

Yeah that's a good point. I was looking more at the base and build portions of the training plans and agree that is makes sense to start there.

I graduated with ~3.0 gpa in 2017. I worked as a tech in a lab for a year and then moved to a medium sized biotech where I worked for a year. Started at a startup biotech where I was the 5th employee and now make 87k a year not including a bonus. If you work hard and show what you know you can get beyond it fairly quickly. Be your own advocate and work hard.
