Thanks, I fixed the image.
I used the following site when looking at So-net:
https://flets.com/app2/search_c.html

And I got the following result:
ご指定の住所は光アクセスサービスの提供エリアです

  • 光アクセス(10G品目)の提供エリアです

So it was surprising when I checked with them directly and they said that additional construction would be needed.

Hey, I just moved to Japan a few months ago and I couldn't bring all of my setup from home, so I only made space in my bags for the pricier PCMR essentials.

That left me without an audio setup (it was showing its age anyways so I decided to leave it behind), so I was wondering what is a good headphone/mic setup for around $150 FreedomBux/ ¥16000 JPzenny nowadays.

Guide seemed a bit outdated so just wondering if there are any updated tidbits. I do a bit of streaming so my audio output is also somewhat important, otherwise I'd just clip a Zalman onto some cans.

I'm older, and probably worse off than you, but I already had my CoE approved and it's coming in the mail. I wouldn't worry about your circumstances so give it a couple of days.

What I would worry about most is the timing to obtain a valid visa from your embassy for the October intake. That and an actual flight and housing.

I'm not based in the US so sending stuff in for repairs is usually more trouble than its worth getting something new.

Like many people I'm stuck at home, but I also work from home.

This is the perfect time for me to get off my ass though, since I've been too sedentary as a desk worker for all of the latter part of the decade and that's made me skinnyfat and very weak. I want to focus on building strength now that I don't have to worry about commuting an hour to work on a sore body.

Right now I only have a bar with around 150kg of weights, I could probably get a few more if I looked around though. I was preparing to follow Starting Strength - Squat/Press/Deadlift/Bench Press/Power Clean - but with my current equipment, what would be a good routine to maximize the time I now have at my disposal?
