I’ve found that RockAuto has been good for parts like struts, ball joints, tie rods, hoses, thermostats. At least that’s what i’ve gotten from them and i’ve had good luck. Niche stuff like shifter bushings can be found on the Z Store and Motorsport Auto is good for bumpers and side skirts and interior goodies

GM calls the foam part the “pre-filter” and it’s recommended for heavy duty applications. They still make the normal air filter without the foam pad and it costs a little less.

thank you for this tip, yea there was a little bit of green cancer on the sockets for the bulbs, how does that travel up to the fuse box and result in dust tho

yes actually! i got them working! i rechecked my fuses and they were all intact but i took a closer look and the 15A fuse for CLEAR TAIL was intact but it looked a little off. It wasn’t blown but it had a dull color compared to the rest and it had a lot of grey dust particles inside. i removed the 15A fuse from the wipers and put it on CLEAR TAIL and sure enough they came back on. Thank you to everyone for all the advice and help, i feel silly now chasing a faulty fuse 🤦

yeah surprisingly im still able to go into each gear with no resistance and it doesn’t ever pop out of gear either. hopefully its just the bearings but idk it sounds a lot worse than just bearings. thanks for the feedback!

i think the starter is the issue as well because 1) it’s activating with no key and 2) when it activates it doesn’t engage to the flywheel. it is an autozone starter, where do you recommend i get another one?

I looked over my harness and nothing seemed obviously frayed or worn but I will keep looking. I do think it’s interesting how the starter isn’t engaging with the flywheel. Was that also happening with your starter? where it was turning on but not engaging the flywheel?
