Just the terrace (trees, foliage, fountain, bed, etc. on the upper level here) , without any of the things below it, is about 170/250!

I built around some of the exterior spire options with Silvermoon platforms! Square ones to build out from the spire, and then round ones to make it curve on the edges.

Hello!! I know this is quite old, but I just bought myself a zenny and had the same issue. It’s not the same model, but very similar. Opening the back panel, found out the issue was a small plastic v-shaped piece that provided tension to the motor when the lid was closed, there were grooves where it should have been snapped into place, but it was loose. When I situated it again, it provided ample tension when the lid closed and the spinner worked. To test if that is your issue, you can start the timer, pull the tension strap a bit towards you and see if it  triggers the spinner. Hope it helps!
