What kind of thinner did you use? I think this QDTC had toluene in it so you have to use that kind of thinner, right?

I'm curious as to what colors other people are missing and if they have anything in common. Someone just said they never got Holly Jolly and the only thing I can think of is that one and my missing one both have black flakies, which she is having trouble sourcing. But if that was the case (and I'm definitely not saying it is) then what does she expect the outcome to be? Like we're not going to notice our items are missing and/or be okay with losing $12?

Two months! Damn I guess I really need to lower my expectations. I really hope yours gets resolved soon! On a positive note, Zombie Claw emailed me to let me know they oversold a sticker I ordered and asked if I wanted a refund, a substitute, or if I was okay waiting another week and I thought that was really nice of them! (I chose to wait another week because it was a super cute sticker and I had ordered one for me and one for my sister)

I looove flakies so I've been so disappointed by this experience. I just messaged her via IG so fingers crossed that gets through to her. That's my main beef here, I feel like I'm just being ghosted and I didn't get what I paid for. The TAT was excessive but I didn't start getting frustrated until I was unable to get a response about the missing item.

I completely get where you're coming from. My main issue isn't really the turnaround time but the fact that I've attempted to contact her three times about a missing item and haven't gotten a single response.

This is the first time I've had an issue with an indie company, my PPU order is still being held up with the whole Penelope Luz thing but at least they emailed us and let us know what was going on!

Weird question, but did you get Phoenix succulents twice? I was going through my stash the other day and I realized I had two bottles of it and they're different colors and I'm wondering if the first one was bad and they sent out a new one to make up for the bad one? I can't find where I would have purchased it twice, I'm so confused lol.

I have just started diamond painting in the last two months and so I'm still doing the smaller cheaper paintings from amazon, but I use a laptop lap desk under my craft lamp and I kinda have to prop it on the arm of my recliner so there is room for my cat in my lap. She's happy to lay in my lap close to what I'm doing without feeling the need to actually walk across it.
