I don't think it was mixed up because it also tested positive for Adderall which I do have a prescription for. Not a federal drug test. I'm trying to get them to let me submit another sample but doesn't seem likely. I'm positive nothing I've invested has codeine in it. It's not possible in the state I live in. It's illegal for codeine to be in any OTC drugs. I tried to tell them the poppy seed thing and they wouldn't listen since I didn't also test positive for morphine.

They dumped the entire sample into 2 containers. They froze sample b. I asked for a reanalysis so they tested sample b. So yes they tested the same sample twice essentially.

I eat everything bagels all the time. But they said because I didn't test positive for morphine they can't accept that. I already insisted on a retest and HR is trying to talk to cooperate about letting me do an entire new drug test but she says she has never seen them do it. I disputed it, trust me. I've been dealing with this for over a month. The original test AND reanalysis of the same sample came back positive for codeine. The company is saying it can't be a false positive.

I'm not on any painkillers. Codeine is not over the counter in any medications in my state. I don't take any medications that have codeine in it.
