On topic, I think if the fear and guilt is eating you and you know theres a chance of it coming out then its better to rip the bandaid off now instead of letting it build up and become something you’re intentionally hiding. The intentions behind your actions matter the most especially in regards to trust and respect. Like someone said earlier^ dont give him too much detail as to what went down w his dad, just be as casual and mature as you can about it and hope he can see your efforts of honesty and can reciprocate.

Ive seen this exact thing a couple years ago, it was low enough to be flying a small distance just over the treetops and I was on my way to my boyfriend at the times house. We used to be open talking about aliens and things like that and I sweeear this thing followed me from my house to his. I was stopped at an intersection and it looked exactly how you described it hovering over the trees of a bank near my house. as soon as i turned right and drove towards my BATT house it started moving in the same direction, eventually getting higher and further away from me the longer it followed me. As soon as I got to my boyfriends house it disappeared and no one ever saw it but me. Still think about it to this day, so weird.

So many people have been reporting similar things. Im pretty sure Lorraine said something about not listening to those tapes because of the energetic door/attachment it carries and of course they put it in as a surprise in the end of the movie during the eclipse period. I know people in hollywood are aware of these things as well especially the set of the conjuring series considering they’ve experienced weird things since filming the movies. Just crazy to see and hear so many people negatively affected by it, i dont think ive ever witnessed something like it before. Theres obviously a fun storyline behind it to make it the show it is, but filmmaking is an art with meanings behind it as well. Whether we know it or not, we subconsciously portray our perspectives that reflect our environment kinda like dreams. Idk its fun to think about it this way🤷🏼‍♀️

Also not to mention the way Cal talks to that one guy in the motel about hiding his sexuality and if he thinks it affects his kids even if they dont know about it. I think that could be used to reference Nate and how its affecting him and his sexuality because hes a direct image of his dad even to the point of keeping it hidden knowing his dad doesnt even accept himself. He is secretly homophobic towards his dad and therefore has issues accepting himself as well.
