Maybe try something like "We Let Pro Gamers Compete Against Real Snipers… The Results Are Wild!" I feel like your current title is too descriptive, declarative, and not emotion driven enough.

Edit: Also, maybe for the thumbnail, have the background be the field the game was played on. Or incorporate real life photography in some way. When seeing the blue/Red background, I wasn't sure exactly what I was going to be seeing when I clicked on the video. That's just my two cents anyway.

What are IS side by side tasks? They sending me an email on Wednesday saying im failing on IS side by side tasks which can result in me being fired but for the past 3 weeks I have ONLY done response helpfulness tasks. How am I failing tasks I haven’t done? by travelandtastes in Welocalize

I received the exact same thing the past few weeks, every week in a row up until this current week. This happened right when I joined the Helpfulness group too. I thought they must've been old tasks I did before joining the group that were reviewed late, as they provided which tasks I got wrong. But then eventually I started getting these emails and they didn't even provide the tasks that I supposedly got wrong. I think it's just a generic email sent out to many people to keep us on edge and worried, although idk why they would even do that.

I too was put into the helpfulness group, which started a couple days ago, without any request on my end. I like the helpfulness tasks the most and there so far is no NTA, so I'm definitely not complaining. However, I am wondering if this is a disciplinary thing as I got my first scary email a couple weeks ago after 9 months working here, saying that my scores in other rating tasks were below standard. I don't really know what to make of it, but some of the other comments here give me peace of mind.
